Colin and Madison are both very passionate about Mindfulness, Energy Healing, Music, Nature and finding ways to bring these things together to help themselves and others connect to life in a beautiful and sacred way. Both Madison and Colin have faced some of life’s most difficult of circumstances which led both of them to the path of internal healing. These life experiences served as a gateway to the discovery of healing tools, mindfulness practices, and internal freedom. The two find it essential that all people who offer these teachings and healing modalities be continually working on their own personal healing journey, and acknowledge the innate wisdom that everyone around them has to offer. You are your own truest teacher and Madison and Colin are here as your friends to support you in finding this inner voice that will guide you throughout the remainder of your journey.

Colin is a heart-centered individual who helps others through sharing teachings and practices of Yoga, Energy Medicine, Meditation, and Music. Colin is passionate about helping anyone who is struggling with loss, addiction, and other major life difficulties. Colin loves music of all sorts, his senior cat Billy, time with family and friends, and long road trips.

Madison Simon
Madison loves helping others through Energy, Sound, Yoga, and much more. She offers a variety of Spiritual Readings; including Aura Reads, Card Readings, General Readings, and more. Madison is very down to Earth and loves to help others feel comfortable in being their true selves. Outside of holistic practices, Madison loves dancing, theatre, hiking, live music and having coffee and tea.

The benefits of holistic healing are very expansive. It has been found to help individuals with physical pain and internal turmoil. Those who undergo holistic healing methods have found internal joy and deep inner healing. There have been studies for the benefits that accompany holistic healing modalities. For those who partook in a Sound Bath, it was found that “compared with pre-meditation, following the sound meditation participants reported significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood. Additionally, participants who were previously naïve to this type of meditation experienced a significantly greater reduction in tension compared with participants experienced in this meditation. Feeling of spiritual well-being significantly increased across all participants. Tibetan singing bowl meditation may be a feasible low-cost low technology intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increasing spiritual well-being”.

“Before trying holistic methods of healing I too was not sure what I thought of these methods. Through my experiences and those of many close to me, I have seen that every different person in my life who has opened up to the idea of holistic healing methods for any number of reasons has ended up truly benefiting, many of them having experiences that they cherish and grow from in some way. There have been several studies around sound healing, reiki, yoga, meditation, and breath work that are widely available. Implementing any of these practices can be beneficial for any individual in some way.”
