Reiki is a healing tool to help balance and align the body, mind, and soul. Reiki assists with physical, emotional, and mental dis-ease and ailments. Reiki helps to revitalize the chakra system and auric body, making you feel rejuvenated, relaxed, and more in tune with your true self.

Sound Healing or Vibrational Medicine, uses the power of music and intention to improve physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. This form of healing is great for everyone, as it can quiet the mind, allowing anyone to enter a deep state of meditation, relaxation and restoration.

Our unique approach to sound healing involves the infusion of Reiki and calling in energy for the highest good of all who are partaking. We incorporate a 36 inch and a 32 inch gong, a full set of chakra crystal singing bowls, a melodic journeying drum, a shamanic drum, angelic chimes, shakers and more. Sound Healing works to mend and heal the body, mind, and soul of physical and emotional dis-ease, which allows for tranquility, harmony and alignment with one’s truest self. This is felt and experienced in a variety of ways from inner journeys, blissful states, out-of-body experiences and mending physical and emotional pain.

Yoga is an ancient practice and lifestyle that encourages a healthy body, mind, and spirit. It enhances flexibility, strength, and internal harmony though each session. Our approach to teaching Yoga Asana is a hands off flow that steers away from any internal or external judgment, allowing each person to create a unique relationship with every posture that develops with time.

Learn how to thoroughly hold space for others while practicing the art of Reiki and Sound Healing. We will dive deep into the purpose and application of intention while playing healing sounds, as well as a deep dive on Reiki techniques and practices, helping each individual to tap into their innate gifts with healing. We are able to offer first level reiki up through reiki master certification. We will offer Sound/Reiki training as well as each individually.
